This page describes development-preview boundaries, not a final privacy notice. The operating entity, processing locations, external processor list, retention periods and deletion procedure have not completed review.

Current boundaries
- Local Agent projects do not require whole-project upload; only context needed for inference is sent. NO_CONTENT mode stores status and hash evidence only, but this is not a zero-retention guarantee for every external processor.
- Identity, usage, entitlement and billing records are used only in local test flows; production identity, payment and supplier services are not enabled.
- Research reports may contain user-supplied research criteria and source data. Final retention, export and deletion rules remain pending approval.
- Regions, retention and training terms for model and market-data processors must be checked against each actual permission. Those checks are not claimed complete.
