This page summarises proposed service boundaries for customers. Prices, refunds, taxes, data permissions and legal terms still require approval; this is not an effective service contract.

Separate product charges
BlackBoxx Agent and the model API are planned around shared BlackBoxx Credits, with weekly, purchased and bonus balances kept separate. Financial Intelligence uses a separate research allowance and does not double-charge model API usage.
One-time trial proposal
3 standard analyses, 7 days; standard research only. The proposed trial is claimed once, limited to standard research and valid for a fixed period. Email verification, server-side Turnstile and a risk check are required. The trial entry is currently disabled and does not renew or charge automatically.

Research-unit rules (proposed)
- Standard single-equity research: 1 unit.
- Deep research: 5 units, currently disabled.
- Reading an owned report costs 0; refresh or polling costs 0.
- A failed job without a qualified report costs 0 units.
Deep research is currently disabled pending capability and cost validation.
Billing period, cancellation and refunds
Units are granted only for billing periods verified as paid by the payment provider; they do not reset automatically on the first of each month. Failed renewals grant no new units, and monthly units do not roll over. The proposed cancellation rule preserves the already-paid period through its end; cancellation is not yet connected. Refund and dispute terms remain under review; no blanket no-refund promise is made.
